QUICKWAY JAPANESE HIBACHI

I was really looking forward to eating here for a few months now. Now that I’ve had it, I can say I’m a bit disappointed. The prices are pretty low, but of course you always get what you pay for. I got the hibachi steak and the spicy salmon roll. The salmon roll was okay, reasonable for $6. The hibachi steak was hit and miss. One half of the plate (the steak and rice) was alright. Nothing amazing, but they tasted good enough. The other half of the plate was… cabbage, just cabbage. I mean, there were 3 very small pieces of broccoli which were good, but the rest of the side was filled with probably enough onion slices for one full onion. So hey, if you love cabbage and low-priced mall-level Asian food, this is the place for you.

Gave it 5 stars because it is really good for what it is and other peoples reviews have been unrealistic in my opinion. Can’t go to a fast service hibachi place expecting to get Benihana quality meats or food, that’s just an unfair and unreasonable comparison. Had 4 orders of food : 2 hibachi shrimp and chicken 1 hibachi shrimp, chicken, and beef 1 hibachi shrimp Nobody complained about their meals. I personally had the shrimp, chicken, and beef hibachi and thought it was really good. For the price, fast service, and good food, they get 5 stars from me. They load the to-go trays to the brim, you definitely get your moneys worth of food and I was in and out in less than five minutes.. The shrimp hibachi was 7.99 or 8.99, the chicken and shrimp was $10 I believe and the trio of shrimp chicken and beef was 12.99 if I’m not mistaking. Absolutely disgusting! Whole order was wrong. They gave me three tiny cups of yum yum sauce for three separate orders, when I ordered extra. When you call to make and order they don’t ask for a name or number to put with order so I should have known then that it wasn’t going to be satisfying. Never again don’t waste your time or money!
