Been coming to this location for years, loved it until this year.... they have new people who barely speak English and they give you attitude when you ask for simple things like ketchup or a straw & the fries are sometimes cold! I normally don't post reviews but I felt people have to see this, I was so hungry until I seen this in my quarter pounder????

Whoever took my order in the drive through was the rudest customer service person I’ve encountered pretty much ever. I guess as long as customers come to this location the staff will continue to treat them like trash. Based on previous reviews this behavior must be acceptable by the management and owners of this location.

Ordered two ice cream cones with the self serve kiosk that tells you to take a number and they will bring you your food. Waited for 15 minutes and when I went to check on the order at the counter the worker very rudely said “well I made them and set them on the counter, but you weren’t here and they melted so I threw them away. I’ll remake them I guess but you need to learn how to not walk away when your order things”. If you’re not going to follow your own kiosk directions, don’t offer the service. I had two little kids to chase after, that’s why I used the kiosk so I would be able to go into the play area with them and have our order brought to us. The manager here needs to make sure their employees aren’t unnecessarily rude to paying customers who are just following the prompts set by their machines.
