Chipotle Mexican Grill

TLDR: Ordered veggie bowl, they created 1/2 a bowl then said "sorry we are out of veggies". Charged me full price. What happened: 1) I ordered 2 veggie bowls 2) Selected my rice and beans (which were added to the bowl) 3) Asked when more veggies will be done (as the bin was empty). 4) Told "sorry we are out of veggies for the day". 5) They asked me what I wanted in the rest of the bowls. 6) I asked if I was getting a reduced price and they said "no" and I paid full price. Why not warn me when I order a veggie bowl? Why not offer a 1$ off or something? The employees were pretty checked out. Maybe pay them more. Vegetarian options: Ran out of veggies but still let me order a vegetarian option.

It says open at 10:45 but every employee was chilling, eating their breakfast and taking their time when it was 10:50. We had to knock on the door hard for twice to have them let us in. I understand people need to eat but why don’t you change the open time to 11 instead. Bad attitude and need a new management team. Consistently forget items when ordering on the app. Now I have to make my kid something to eat. They don’t answer the phone. Last time this happened the manager was very rude and told me I could drive down to get the missing food. To make things worse the food is cold, chips are greasy and inedible. I love chipotle but this location is consistently awful. I’d love to talk to someone but the phone says they’re closed,.. it’s 8:35pm. Please get new management. This order was expensive. For $53, they should be be able to track two burritos and two kids meals. It’s literally on the receipt if you need a cheat sheet. Unacceptable.
