Food is a 5 star, but service at this location is a solid 1. We love Estes and my husband and I have been coming here for years but apparently it’s not the place we can eat as a family anymore. The restaurant was completely empty aside from our family and the friends we were with. Our kids were giggling and talking loud as kids do and were excited to see fireworks after dinner and my newborn was crying (which I was holding and trying to calm down) and the worker came out and said “can you control your children, this is a restaurant”. So many better ways to approach that situation. Especially to a mom only weeks pp with a newborn. Yes, they were excited and louder than normal and just acting like kids, but really “control my children”. Not the best choice of world to a customer and mother with young children.

Hope the pizza is better than the orzo salad. I can’t recommend, it was soaked in oil and almost inedible. The ambiance is quaint and eclectic, so it’s worth another visit to try the pizza. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and still managed to be pleasant, which is always a difficult feat.

I'm pretty frustrated with my latest experience today. The young man working there had a pretty bad attitude then let my pizza sit for so long that it's ice cold after driving home in 10 min. I walked in to order it and had to wait over 35 min while I watched people get their food before me, after showing up after me. Then I get home and see this terrible pizza. Did you even look at this thing when you made it?
