Awful! I was there at 8:30pm. I waited in the second drive thru ordering line and was never waited on. Eventually I pulled around and waited more in the first line to order my filet of fish. When I finally got my order, there was a gob of tartar sauce all over the outside of the bun! I have never had such an awful experience at this site. Typically they are spot on and perfect here.

Customer service is horrible…and I do mean HORRIBLE!! The McDonald’s in Jefferson, WI & Johnson Creek, WI are the worst I have been to and I have eaten at McDonald’s throughout the country including Hawaii.. not only is the customer service horrible but you will wait in the drive through for a VERY long time!! Plan on waiting no less then 35 minutes in the drive through. This is NOT an exaggeration whatsoever either!!
