Burger King

Went there for lunch. Nothing was a it should be. No sprite in the soda dispenser, ordered a fish sandwich and after paying for it I went to the pickup parking space and the lady that took my order comes out and says they have no fish. I had to settle for a chicken sandwich with no extras because they wanted to charge me extra for the spicy chicken sandwich. In my opinion the worst customer service ever. Never going back to the Germantown location.

This has to be the one fast food place I can predictably wait a half an hour in the drive-thru before I get any food. Last week I pulled into this place at lunch and I was the only vehicle in the drive thru so I figured I’d be in and out in 5 minutes max. Nope! I was in line for 33(!!!!) minutes, and they still(!!) got my order wrong. Today, I was the third in line and the line did not move for over 10 minutes. I left the line. Whatever they are doing at this establishment it is not worth your time or your money.

I'm sure they're struggling with staff shortages like many other places, which I understand.. but a 15+ minute wait for fast food is pushing it even for Burger King. Also, the buns were stale. Which was very disappointing considering the Chi'King sandwich was hot, fresh and cooked perfectly.
