Arby's

Heads up to Germantown Arby's customers. I was at the Germantown, WI location a week ago for dinner. Drive thru closed. I saw a person try to go inside and the door was locked, yet employee sitting inside the door. Went back tonight at 5:15 PM for dinner. Six employees coming out of the restaurant and I asked if they were closing and they said yes? I know you have the meat, but this restaurant is terrible. Stop your commercials and fix the local restaurants. You are losing your brand image. I noticed others saying the same thing as me in Google reviews for this location. Sad Arby's is losing customers at the local level.

Don't go here if you are expecting good service. Had to wait 20 plus minutes for order which apparently they forgot. Watched people come and go with there ordered, had to call store to remind them still waiting. I had to tell them what I ordered to get home and find wrong food in bag. They couldn't even fill the fry container for inconvience. Got a half filled container. Could have done something. Didn't. I used to like eating at Arby's. Now it's terrible. What happened did all the good staff quit. Now all of staff couldn't care less.

I’m NEVER coming back to this Arby’s.. sign on door states “lobby opens at 11”? It’s 12:09.. so I call them while I’m literally in front of their door- guy who answered said- “no - it’s the drive through that opens at 11 - lobby doesn’t open till4!”?? I asked him then why the signs implying that lobby is open?? I gave it the 1 star because their food isn’t all that bad- but service- sucks!
