Wingstop

This is literally the most messy and disorganized wingstop I've ever visited. Receipts all over the counter, a literal mess behind the cash register and leading up to the kitchen, horrendous. My order was supposed to take 53 to 63 mins, got there 63 mins later and was told there was 2 orders in front of me and that there was only one person working that day. I totally get being shorthanded due to covid, but this is absolutely ridiculous. He doesn't even bother to pick up the phone (I called and waited for 15 mins to answer to which nobody did.) The phone was literally still ringing as I walked in still "on hold". I dont hold the single employee responsible, but if your a popular food chain this is 110% unacceptable and absolutely gross. The one guy working even discarded his used gloves on the floor as if the entire restaurant was a garbage bin. I love wings, but im definitely going to put comining to this location on hold.

Ordered in store, so I knew I would have to wait a little while. But not for over 30 minutes. Waited at a sticky table with floor that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in month. Ice was out, and trying to get staff's attention was impossible. After waiting for a long time, and seeing some orders that had definitely been made in store go out before me, I asked and was refused a refund. Finally got food. Fries were soggy and undercooked. Chicken was super oily, greasy and inedible. It's in the trash. All you got is chicken and y'all failed on that hard.

In town for the holiday & not as impressed with this WingStop in particular. My sister ordered a VERY LARGE order (70+ wings) & the order was not right. Everything tasted good, but we didn't receive 1 or 2 flavors or the wings weren't seasoned as much. Also somewhat concerned with how some of the staff were dressed... I saw maybe 1 employee wearing a uniform shirt, but everyone else was wearing plain clothes. I should have taken a pic., but don't want to embarass anyone. I'll just say if I wore an article of clothing the way one of the young ladies was wearing her jacket I would probably have been asked to change. Overall... I would come back
