Good thing first - there are some highlights in their food. A couple of orders of dim sum are really good, i.e the duck, the rice roll with crispy shrimp - not quite sure about the names (though there are also some not that good) Complaints: 1. We ordered lettuce and there was a giant piece of plastic mixed in it. We asked to return it, they did take it back without apologies. 2. We were seated outdoor. It was sunny at the beginning but super windy later on. Their outdoor facilities are not the greatest. The table linen, tent cover, all the napkins, etc flying around all the time. And we clearly see lots of dirt built up on our phones (put on the table). I know it’s not completely their fault but the experience was miserable. We definitely ate quite some dirt in a nasty environment. 3. We (party of 4) were shocked when the bill came out with 18% tip already filled in!! I’ve never forced to do so for a small party in a regular restaurant. Especially given the experience mentioned above

This is one of the more authentic and tasty dimsum place in the area, highly recommended. Now there are outside tent to offer more tables. There are also quite a bit of options for vegetarians as well. We have been long time customer, but the lines are typically very long so we only get to visit when we wake up early. Vegetarian options: Rice rolls and custards, among other entrees, offer quite a variety of veggie dishes. Parking: It's adjacent to the marina supermarket and a few side streets so parking is not too terrible.
