The food and service were good. They had no public bathrooms, and the milkshake machine wasn't working, and it seemed like they had no heat because it was cold and they had space heaters. I know it has been around a long time, but it could really use a makeover. Chairs had rust on them.
Krystals should be ashamed of themselves , horrible customer service, extremely high prices, no real deals. Girl Wanted to charge me for extra for dehydration onions. I Will NEVER go back to Krystals
Always great food and good customer service and they put napkins in the bag more than one even which is rare nowadays. I just love a couple of Krystal’s hot off the grill with just the onions on them nothing else if you never tried them that way you should they taste better then than without all the other stuff.
