The guys working on the evening of 1/15/23 were THE BEST!!! Our 4yo daughter only wanted a chocolate milkshake or chocolate milk. They didn’t have chocolate milk and their milkshake machine was down. They offered to go to the store and get her a chocolate milk!!! We told them it was ok and not to worry about it. When we got to the window, they had made her an ice cream with chocolate syrup and gave it to her FREE!!! So nice!!! And made for a happy four year old! THEN, our chicken tenders were taking a little longer than expected to cook so they offered us two brownies while we waited!!! Such a refreshing customer service experience in a time where quantity always comes before quality! Kid-friendliness: Super kind employees and great with our four year old!

Arrived at checkers to pick up a mobile order I placed. I waited in the drive-thru line after telling them my name at the speaker for 20 minutes to get to the window and they tell me they don’t have my order. They asked if I could pull around to see if it would come in, but it had already been 20 minutes so it was not going to show up if it didn’t already. I showed the MANAGER my order details on my phone, order number, items ordered, everything. If my order couldn’t be made, or it didn’t show up, that’s fine, but I wanted a refund for the $12 I paid and was now unable to get dinner to eat. I either wanted my order, or a refund, which doesn’t seem unreasonable considering I did pay and waited for 20 minutes (30 counting the time the order was placed before I drove to checkers.) The manager said that they just don’t do refunds at all, which doesn’t make any sense because what if somebody’s food is cold or has a hair in it? They don’t get their money back?
