Went there for the first time, today, only to find out that I had to pay with cash, because their internet was out due a previous storm. I didn't really mind that so much, but I was disappointed to find out that my Cubano was Cold (even the bacon), and that's because they don't toast any of their sandwiches. I'm also upset because I did not receive a receipt, and I cannot add my purchase to my Jimmy John's account. Sadly, this will be the last time I visit a Jimmy John's, as there are better places to get a sub sandwich!
I'm not sure what happened but the attitudes of the employees have just completely gone in the trash. I doubt that I'll ever eat here again. Pity, because I really enjoyed the food
I love Jimmy John's, but ever time I go here, they cannot ever get my order right. Very frustrating.
