Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Ordered two combos a kids meal and a beef hot dog with mayo. Got no mayo, no fry sauce. The kids meal had no ketchup. Fries were cold and hard. Lazy and can’t read a order receipt.

They catered dinner to work tonight and they did an amazing job. Staff is so kind and food is always delicious!! I might have to sneak over this weekend for dinner!

I dont know the young tall thin man's name, but he has impecable customer service, very attentive, friendly, brought our food out yo our table, made another round asking if we needed anything else. Food was hot and fast. Freddy's isn't really a place we frequent often, but my husband and I will definitely be back. Thank you to this man that was raised and trained right. Especially now a days, the lack of customer service is lacking in general, but more in the fast food industry. If this man isn't a general manager he needs to be, and Freddy's should invest in making him part of their leadership program.
