Taco Bell

I go to this restaurant 3 times a week and the young man that works the driveway is awesome but the black girls are rude. & I say black girls because my best friend is black & that’s what she likes to be called. They refuse to give me sour cream & if I ask they get mad so they charge me 65cents for a cup but they make sure they only put a 1/8 of a teaspoon in the big cup. I don’t like store bought sour cream I like theirs & I order 6-8 cups they will not allow me to have a good amount that I pay for. They love being RUDE TO ME. I’m done I’m calling corporate everyday from here on out.. then I ordered cinabuns & I said give me the full size they said it only comes with two & charged me 4.99 so, idk know what to do anymore. This was my favorite place to go I’m so sad

Ordered 3 black bean chalupas. First of all, the bag and the wrapping for my food had hot sauce smeared all over, not mention on the napkins in the bag. The lettuce was obviously old, and upon scrapping the lettuce away I discovered that there were barely any black beans in it at all. I come here for a convenient lunch break to get a good source of edible protein, and instead I get handed a bag of garbage. I will drive out of my way to another location if I ever feel I can stomach taco bell again.

9 out of 10 times I don't get all my food , I have saved my receipts 4 of them I got cheated. And today I ordered 3 hard taco supremes and 9 hard tacos, and well the meat was disgusting nobody would eat the tacos due to the nasty taste. We don't want to get sick from tacos. Very disappointed they just need to close down this store. No matter what time you go customer service sucks!
