Taco Bell

Went by today at lunch and ordered taco pizza and a cpl tacos. Took over 20 minutes to get my order. Four customers in the lobby w two employees standing at the counter doing nothing. Saddest part is nobody seemed to care. High potential store losing $$$$

I go to this restaurant 3 times a week and the young man that works the driveway is awesome but the black girls are rude. & I say black girls because my best friend is black & that’s what she likes to be called. They refuse to give me sour cream & if I ask they get mad so they charge me 65cents for a cup but they make sure they only put a 1/8 of a teaspoon in the big cup. I don’t like store bought sour cream I like theirs & I order 6-8 cups they will not allow me to have a good amount that I pay for. They love being RUDE TO ME. I’m done I’m calling corporate everyday from here on out.. then I ordered cinabuns & I said give me the full size they said it only comes with two & charged me 4.99 so, idk know what to do anymore. This was my favorite place to go I’m so sad
