Food took 45 mins to come out wrong and ice cold. The remake took longer because they forgot about it. Refused to refund so I was forced to stay and wait , 2 hungry kids and my wife and the store didn't care at all that every thing was wrong and ice cold. Won't be back
You are losing a step Whataburger. This used to be a really well-run franchise and now it seems disjointed. Fries were way undercooked and greasy. Hamburger patties clearly did not receive the signature salt and pepper on the grill. And there's no need for half a quart of ketchup on a #1 with Cheese. ????
Service was good this day, but the other day. I had ordered a Banana milk shake and got vanilla. At least 3 different employees did not believe me until I showed them the shake contence.
