Decided to go here for my Lunch break. My husband had given me a Free Regular sandwich card. Went in one person welcomed me. Others were busy. ( Understandable) They made sure I was taken care of. Got to check out gave them my card for the free Sandwich. Then said it would be card to pay for my chips and drink. They told me the slide does not work. Said I could go down to Walmart and use the ATM. If I did that .... I would be paying double for chips and a drink with the ATM fee. Also loosing time on my lunch break . Opted out on chips and drink. Please get the card reader fixed.
My wife and I stopped in for lunch. We stood at the counter for several minutes while the employees sat at a table on their phones. Finally one said to the other hey you have customers. He took his time getting behind the counter and acted like we were putting him out to do his job. If you don't like you job, get a different one. I suspect he just wanted to show up for a paycheck and not actually work for it. It's called work for a reason. There was one guy who came out from the back who was actually busy the whole time. He swept behind the counter and was busy filling the sandwich ingredients. When tables are ALL dirty, you should not be on your phone. We cleaned off our own table before sitting down to eat. On a positive note, the subs were tasty and we will visit Jersey Mikes again, maybe just another location.
I come in every friday night with my husband and the lady manager knows our order by now and is very pleasant. This past Friday they were very busy but her and the young man working next to her making our 4 giant subs were still fast and friendly. I hope they stick around and give them raises! By far the best subs in Loganville!
