Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I’ve came here a few times and have always had excellent experience! Today I came, fries were over cooked “dry-like” like McDonald’s fries and hamburger wasn’t fresh! The edges of the hamburger were like a crumbly look and was not hot like the other times. I went back through to have them remake my order, the hamburger “looked” better but still was not hot through and through like the other times I’ve ordered. I’m assuming the “back-side” was the “warmest” due to putting it in an oven just to so-call “warm it!” The rest was no better than the first! Will NOT be back!! It was “McDonald’s” service!! The hamburgers were barely warm! There was no apology my second order was just handed to me! A little work needs to be done with these employees on customer service!!

We were definitely excited to see this in our side of town since the scenic location was great, but disappointed. They don’t even have what’s on the menu. They don’t have onion rings or cheese curds, don’t have the A1 sauce for the A1 burger, basically had to order random things to see if they had it and spent $40 on stuff we really didn’t come there for. There’s no sign to communicate with the public of what they’re out of, when speaking with the manager he didn’t want to accommodate us but later came back with 2 free custard cards. Won’t be visiting here again!

I love Freddy's! I was a little disappointed at the Freddy's in Loganville... the service was mediocre at best... the food wasn't as good as all the other Freddy's I've been to. The only saving grace today, was they messed up my order and I got a free chilli cheese dog outta the whole deal... pick it up Loganville Freddy's.
