You heard it here first: this place has some damn good sweet tea. I never would have expected that from Arby's. Roast beef is as good as it ever was, store was clean. ???? Update: the assistant manager Jenell is kind of aloof and inattentive. Under her management was the first time my order has been wrong at this location.
I went inside to order tonight at 8:56. Store doesn't close until 12a.m. I told the cashier that I didn't have a problem with waiting for hot fries and jalapeno bites. Once I received food the fries was ok and the bites were cold and soft. The cashier took the bites back the cook put the bites back in the fryer to re cook them. The manager told the cook she's(me the customer) is watching you. Then she brought the bites back up. This is very nasty, trifling and lack of concern for others. If anything, you throw the food away and not contaminate other foods to be cooked in that fryer. Be careful with this location. Go inside sometimes instead of drive thru. You will be surprised of what you see.
Food was typical Arby's which is a good thing. It's consistent and not everyone can do that. I left with a satisfied feeling and a full belly. The service was excellent and above average because the guy at the front was very good at his job and friendly. This location is on the recommend list. Parking: I parked next to the building close to the door.
