Chick-fil-A

Very unhappy. I just went through drive through. And did not receive my 30 piece of grilled nuggets, they just put 10 pieces and the kids meal only had nuggets and drink. Everything else was missing. We spent a lot here was a big order. I would of rated more but since I called 6 times to get resolved and all they did was pick up the phone and not answer, I could hear background music. How rude is that? I feel disrespected by Chickfila, and did not have the patience to drive back.

Sooo I knew I was getting into a long drive thru line but 23 minutes and having pre-ordered my meal?? I have received faster service at sit down diners! To top it all off I pay $10+ for a lunch deluxe charbroiler chicken sandwich meal and I get a breakfast fila, no lime dressing and large fries a third full of crumbs, for my time and money well spent. Well done, saving money Chick-fil-A, recycling your breakfast items (Ordered at 10:31AM) you HAVE saved money...and so will I from now on. "Sorry kid, it's gonna be a long time before Dad ever goes back to that Chick-fil-A." " That's fair Dad." Good kid. Parking: Assume there is no parking. Compact car signs in the front with cones in them. If you park on either side you have to traverse the waiting drive thru line. Park at the old Aaron's in front of Publix and walk your happy hiney there.

Terrible setup. Not everyone has the menu memorized, but they have employees standing before the menu placards to take your order. Ended up ordering random food recommended by the employee since the line was backed up. Bland as can be. And didn’t include a single sauce for $30 worth of chicken and fries. At 7 months pregnant, it’s hard to find fault with a meal. I found it here.
