Love this spot ONLY IF YOU GET YOUR SANDWICH IN THE SHOP. Don’t order online ahead of time because they’ll prep it who knows how long before (I had a 2pm pick up and arrived at 1:55, it was ready) and both sandwiches are soggy. Super disappointing that a couple sandwiches can’t be prepped closer to the actual pick up time. I’d rather wait for my food than have a soggy limpass sandwich
I waited to pick up a door dash order for 25 minutes and order was NEVER in the pick up area. When I doubled checked on the progress of the order the store manager told me the order was picked up already and rudely refused to make a solution for the situation. Managers and employees do not verify pick ups orders or just simply are too lazy to make the order in the first place. This store will be losing my business.
Love these sandwiches, generally get their #8 which is a form of a club sure to satisfy your sandwich craving. I get Mike's way, without onions, and the seasoning, vinegar and oil are a nice addition I never knew I was missing.
