Bathroom out of TP Dirty counter. Dirty pop area. Dirty Bathrooms Bad attitude, no hello, just stared at us. Maybe a Hello, what can I get you, White or brown rice. Nope just a stare.
I was here last night with a friend and was appalled by how long it took to make our burritos. We stood in line for 20-25 min, moving inch by inch to the register. The place was definitely understaffed and there were two employees that kept coming to the front and then disappearing to the back of the restaurant. Our steak was stone cold, rice was dry and the lettuce was soft in both burritos. Probably won't return to this location ever again.
Honestly everyone’s sentiments are accurate. I went here when they opened at the place was disgusting. The tables were filthy, there was food and trash on the floor, and there was some type of water leak at the ordering area in which they had no caution markers or attempted to wipe up. If it’s nasty when they open that means the closers don’t clean up at all. Who’s the owner of this franchise because this repulsive.
