I asked for chicken wild rice soup I got what would be chicken noodle with rice soup very thin and blah I'm kind of wondering why when I ordered what I did and it showed it available why I was giving something different and got charged for chicken and wild rice soup. I also call and it rings and rings and rings and it automatically hangs up. I think part of customer service should be that there's a voicemail That way the manager or someone can return the call when it's convenient bad customer service at the moment and I have never had to say that about this Panera location I hate it that I have to say that today
One of my favorite lunch spots, unfortunately today my sandwich had a whole jar of deli mustard on it, which is too much btw. And I got a long brown hair inside my oatmeal raisin cookie, although they didn't charge extra for it so that was a plus. Really not happy.
