Buffalo Wild Wings

Food was cold and the order wasn't correct. Not only that but the food wasn't sauced well and the waitress still served it knowingly. We also never got asked if we were enjoying what we were served. We had to wave down the waitress just to say we were missing items. On top of that even the walls and tables were filthy along with the men's bathroom that had urine everywhere around the non functioning urinal. I even felt disgusted to wash my hands with green goop around the soap dispensers... This was my first trip to bdubs and I hope to have better experiences elsewhere.

Food was great overall. Smash burger was very crumbly and hard to eat but tasted amazing. Fries were a little over salted but that'll happen. Service was great.

Football Sunday’s are busy and we’re aware and we planned for it. Sample platter came out 45 minutes before my son’s 10 pc boneless wings. A table who arrived 30 plus minutes after us received their order before us (including boneless wings) and our server told us there is a “wing line” orders go through. Great- our order would have been before theirs by far. Then when the wings came they were incorrect. Refills on a Pepsi- didn’t get a single one even though it was asked for multiple times. Super disappointed.
