The lobby is either closed for weeks or intermittently closed for too long (most likely due to staffing shortages) which would be fine if the drive through moved at a reasonable speed. Ordered on the app and waited over 20+ minutes to get food. The store is clearly too understaffed and needs hire more people and honestly should CLOSE until they can properly staff up
Took 30 minutes from ordering to getting my food in the drive through. To top it off, my order was completely messed up. I had ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and loaded tiny tacos. Ended up with a 2 piece chicken strip and now loaded tiny tacos.
They forgot more than half our order. The food we did get was very good (this was a mobile app order). But I called multiple times and left a message. Nobody ever answered or called me back. I'm legally blind and can't drive, so I couldn't drive down there. Very poor customer service and attention to detail. ????
