Wendy's

I'm a doordasher and was going to pick up an order. The order said there were 2 frostys included. When the drive thru girl handed me the order(minus the frostys) I asked for them. She said they didn't have anymore. I explained that I was a doordash driver and how would I let my customers know about this after they've already paid for it. She argued and asked if I placed the order. I said no but they have 2 frostys on their order already paid for how do I refund them or what is the protocol. She argued and didn't really give any solid help so I asked for a manager at which point "Evelyn" and the drive thru worker were chatting and pointing at my car and me and my daughter while we watched through the window they had shut. "Evelyn" came to the window and handed me 2 freshly made frostys and I said oh, you have them now? We explained that the worker literally said there weren't anymore and Evelyn said the worker didn't know they still had them. I said she was arguing with us and very unp

Ordered no pickles and onions, drive thru screen said no pickles and onions. Got to the window and I reminded them no pickles and onions.... guess what, I got pickles and onions. I can understand if teenagers made my food, however the line cooks were adults. I expect more from adults.

Overpriced food. Spent almost $20 on a nugget meal and a plain chicken sandwich. To start they left the mics on and made us wait a good 5 minutes to have our order taken. For the price I’d rather get real food.
