Really appreciate that at 1045 at night you guys have a reduced menu. Only simple burgers and chicken nuggets. Don't worry I went to the other McDonald's 10 min away and they took care of me.
Got to the drive-thru at 10:06 placed an order for a egg McMuffin with two apple pies got to the window was told to pull up to a spot so they can bring our my food out to me. The gentleman comes up to me and says they didn't have any apple pies they would have to put them in told me I needed to wait 6 minutes was told they can replace it without apple fritters. I was fine with that he went back in came out the apple fritters did not bring my sandwich went back in this is almost 30 minutes later from when I ordered and the manager just laughed at me and didn't even bother to apologize.
This location seems to be really struggling. I understand the worker shortage and I am never rude to employees. But I think it is fair to leave a review here. Order head took nearly 40 minutes to recieve. (Parked time to delivery) fries were hardly cooked and inedible. It was not a great experience and we were not the only ones having this issue.
