Bag arrived unsealed missing my vanilla shake and barbecue sauce and the food is cold. It was ordered from Uber eats and I called the driver and she said she was just handed the bag. I called Gus’s and they said it was Ubers fault I said it was their kitchen‘s fault, the bag had a note on it saying the vanilla shake is in the fridge. They gave me a $30 credit it actually cost me $39. Totally miserable experience
(Grade A) Very dependable as always. Excellent service. Their Tri-tip, brisket, ribs are great, but I've been trying other things like the Nashville Hot Chicken, their burger etc., those are great also. I love the Craftsman 1903 beer, it's in my top 3 -
The famous Gus BBQ definitely worth your visit in Pasadena. No reservations needed, no lines on Saturday afternoon. Waiters are friendly and patient. The portions of the BBQ is just right.
