Good food and overall good value. I do think my Grande Avocado Chicken bowl could have used a bit more chicken to balance the rice
This is the better one out of the other local ones. But I had never gone to El Pollo Loco locally without bad service. So they serve chicken with no tortillas. Tortilla soup without lemon, even though it's supposed to be Mexican food. And they refuse to give 1 tortilla. At least I didn't have shredded foil in my food like the other place or frozen broccoli like the other one. The people were actually communicating here versus the other one where they walk away and never come back. But still it's always an issue. It's like El Pollo Loco wants to claim Mex food but occasionally doesn't have salsa or tortillas. Common sense.
Great flavor like all locations. This one has an horchata machine!! Not all locations have it. Restrooms available. No drive thru here. Plenty of seating spots and parking is in a plaza style. Right off of the 110 fwy and up Fair Oaks. Clean for the most part. They play salsa music too ????????
