George's Lakeview Café

I went to George’s Cafe, the Lakeview location for an early dinner with my parents. My mother wanted to go because this was Liver & Onions special day…. My mother and I each got the Liver and onion special with my step dad getting a pancake sandwich. We had a very good server, his name was Trenton, he took our order and brought food and drinks to us and was polite and got our order correct. The food came and it was strange that my mother’s liver was so rare there was blood in the plate, so my mother asked Trenton to please have it cooked longer, he was apologetic and took it back. But when it came back it was horribly over-cooked but hard to see that cuz the onions were piled on top as they should be. My mother ate as much as she could and then at end of the meal she asked to speak to the cook. Apparently the cook had left while we were eating because it was shift change. So we will see if the manager calls my mother tomorrow but I will say that the server Trenton handled the entire si
