I posted a review on the 29th of September about the poor customer service I received And the argumentative behavior of the employee. There has been no response from the management or the owner so they must not care how their employees treat their Customers. It's OK though there's another popeye's not far away in fact it's more convenient to go there so I will go there in the future.
My husband and I were trying to order the new blackened chicken sandwich and the Manager took our drive through order. She was so rude! We did not get the blackened but instead we received the original crispy chicken! This is not the first time we received sub standard service. We ordered dinner and the food on that night was extremely dry! Stay clear of this location!
Probably the worse Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Chicken was super dry with no taste!
