Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Usually buy from this location a lot but apparently you have to dumb down the orders to get the right order. Horrible staff didn’t even catch their names to give them “wonderful” recommendations but trying to figure out how do two of the same orders only get one coleslaw and mash potatoes and two drinks? The staff here very disrespectful and I understand they are young but geeze. Right when I walked in with my bag one day ooo you got the order wrong and the manager/supervisor a white girl with glasses argued with me in regards to my order and the missing sides.

The lobby is regularly closed well before closing hours. I almost always get the wrong side. There was 6 kids in the lobby one time. Turned out to be the cashier person's entire family. The lobby is small and easy to clean. Either pay these people more or replace them because they are unwilling to clean it at close and instead only allow drive through during the day 5pm. Not just at night. Don't let them lie to you corporate. I dine here because I have to for breaks and need to mix things up. Had a terrible stomach ache last time and blame the dude handling my food. I'm betting if you paid them more they could afford child care and you could be attract better employees ????

Food was excellent. I got the 3 piece chicken meal. The chicken was fresh from the fryer. It took a little extra time to get the food. However, there was a line of cars in the drive-through. Will definitely go back!
