Genghis Grill

We came in and it was bad. I literally watched three different customers cancel their orders because the restaurant made the orders wrong or the orders took 30 minutes and still wasn't ready. The two girl waitresses acted like it was their first time having a job. My order was just sitting on the counter and had I not said anything, she would have just continued to play on her phone. The food wasn't good especially for how the prices got jacked up. I would not be surprised if this place went out of business just like the one in chesterfield did. Always out of ingredients. This place has really went downhill. No need to ever go back to this place, especially for the price. Not worth it. And definitely need better employees or better pay so the employees will halfway take their job serious.

$9 dollars for this? I understand inflation but this is highway robbery. Not only was it not cooked all the way it was disgusting. This place needs new Managment. The host and servers were super friendly and did a great job. The manager running the grill with another employee were rude and using profanity around children about the amount of business coming in and was telling the servers to hold off on customers coming in. I sit here and look at 13 empty tables while there are 20 people waiting to be seated. This is ridiculous.

This is one of Short Pumps hidden gems! I like to call it Mongolian Hibachi. ???? Pile as much fresh ingredients in your bowl as high as you can and take it to the cook. A few minutes later delicious food comes to your table piping hot off the grill. My waitress Zamayra was super awesome! She answered every question I had and was really knowledgeable about the menu. She made me feel welcome and comfortable during my dining experience. I will definitely be heading back in the near future. Features: Employees follow all Covid-19 and CDC rules that apply.
