Love to eat at CAVA. Green & Grain is the best of both worlds as far as I'm concerned. Especially with the zing when harissa is added. Straight salad w yogurt dill dressing is my wife's idea. Dining in is spaced out as you'd expect. Tables outside too.
Small quantity for full price. I don’t know who work in evening shift on friday but they aren’t giving proper attention in preparing the bowls. Specifically if you are ordering home delivery and not present there in person.
Inconsistent hours and service has been going downhill with frequent mistakes and lackluster experience recently. The last bowl I was able to actually order online was completely wrong, less than half full, and the two employees who I talked to after driving back over didn't seem to see the problems but at least added some more of the correct ingredients. This time I ordered online again but arrived to see they were closed and had to email corporate for a refund. I've been having to settle for Chipotle more now and might be making the drive down to Roots more again.
