Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Came for the never ending pasta, and it was okay. The noodles were overcooked, but it wasn't unbearable to eat. The service wasn't terrible, but it felt like we had to hunt our waitress down to get refills on drinks and food. I'll go back because it could've just been an off day for the crew. Olive Garden is a personal preference choice, and it's not everyone's favorite. I personally enjoy it, but my experience here was particularly exceptional due mostly to genuinely exceptional service. Fae was absolutely wonderful, and was probably the most standout service employee I've encountered in years. She was the reason I bothered to write this review about a brand I think most people already have a set opinion on, because any place that employs someone as committed to positive customer interactions and satisfaction as her should get some form of recognition. It turned what would have been a slightly above average night stop on a week long vacation into a terrific end to a day. I cannot praise her and the kitchen staff behind her enough.

Today we visited this Short Pump area Olive Garden at 11829 W. Broad Street. It looks very new, and the staff are very friendly and efficient. We like Olive Garden, because it has a very reliable menu. We order a low carb item, Grilled Chicken Margherita with broccoli, and it was delicious. The portions are very generous, and there were two grilled chicken breasts for each plate. It’s wonderful that we had extra chicken breasts to take home with us in an eco friendly container!
