i’m done with this starbucks. no matter how clearly i order my drink, the oatmilk is accumulated and curdled at the bottom- even after i ask for it to be remade as kindly as i possibly can. i worked as a supervisor for starbucks for over a year myself, i can tell you it’s not that complicated. no one wants to get an 8 dollar latte that’s chunky. not to mention the dead and burnt espresso shots. don’t waste your money at this one.
Everytime I visit this location I end up having to change my drink choice multiple times during my order due to ingredients they NEVER have in stock. For some time now, even though this one is closer to home I would bypass this location to go to a the Snellville locations that has the ingredients in stock, this store is consistently out of stock on seems like everything!
They are very slow. I ordered thru the app for drive thru pickup but the line is around the building and not moving. Last time I picked up thru drive thru my drinks had been sitting for a long time and was not happy.
