Famous Palermo's Pizza

I want to start with they seem to be nice people. I got the lunch specials 2 slices and a drink. Sandwich and a drink. Pizza slices were good. Standard oven baked pizza. Cooked well. I got a steak and cheese. Asked them to cook it a certain way. They met me half way. But even then, this was a horrible Sandwich. Cheese hardened, steak not chopped, seasoned not well. I will go back. I want to try the wings and have my family try the pizza. Just wanted to warn the public. Yes so far, on Pizza. Nooooo, on the steak and cheese.

Very disappointed! Ordered 25 wings with more than half so small you can have a cluck feast with several wings on a ranch lid and for $20! Not acceptable. When I called and complained I was asked what can they do about it? How about you offer something! I was told this was a company change. Ok i'll change where I spend my money.

I have looked forward to this spot since moving away 5 years ago. Deciding what to have was a tough decision as there is so much good food with quality ingredients. Went with sausage and peppers sub, always a favorite!
