Employees at drive-thru need more customer service training. The hot coffee machine has been broken for more than a month.
I come here almost every morning and the morning crew is terrible. They are rude and quite frankly just seem like they don’t want to be there. My coffee is usually good which is why i come back but the crew always rub me the wrong way with their bad attitudes.
By far the worst dunkin. They're constantly out of stock on everything and when they do have food its "our oven is down" they'll claim to have a 30 minute wait when you're the only person at the store. Will not be going here anymore.
