Chili's Grill & Bar

The restaurant was just 30% occupied and had to wait at least 30 min to get a table. Why? We were only allowed to buy a drink at the bar and then we wait again in the waiting area. As we asked to wait at the table, the manager told us that this is not allowed. Very unfriendly staff. We will never go there again.

Let's talk about how my daughter and I stood at the door awaiting to be seated for almost 9 minutes. The bartender saw us as well as a 3 servers no one said one moment and we'll get you seated. The establishment was not busy at all. After being seated we made eye contact with our server and he never stopped to say I'll be with you in a moment anything.... we waited and just left as they weren't busy. Oddly enough an older Caucasian couple came in made contact with a server and she promptly greeted and seated them, that's when we left. I'll stick to the Bee Ridge location. Ohh their menus were dirty
