Denny's

The food is good. My bread was a little dry on my burger. My server kept asking if I needed anything or if I was ready to order when I said each time I was waiting for my friend. Also she asked for us to do the review and mention her name specifically(which I will refrain from here) The place is clean at least but if you're looking for atmosphere, it's a Denny's...

Came in for breakfast this morning. Watched as the staff seemed confused about who was going to seat us. Five minutes later someone begrudgingly stepped. She literally said "No one seems to know, so I guess I'll do it". Threw our menus on a table. We asked for a booth. Shook her head, grabbed the menus and threw them on a table in a booth. I said thanks, she stormed away. We were greeted right away by our waitress. Ordered some coffee. Easy, yeah? Ten minutes and she is doing everything but getting us coffee. We left. Listen, I know places are short staffed. But with enough staff standing around, how about some team work. How about less attitude. I've seen that place packed, and everyone is smiling. I'd be fine with the wait for just some happiness. Went to Sunny Street. It was packed, but every member of that staff was GREAT. It's a competitive market guys. Do better.

My wife and our two granddaughters and I chose to go to Denny's Restuarant in Arnold. This being the first Denny's we have dined at in at least 10 years. I don't know if we have ever came across any food as terrible as this last night. Our server was not to blame in any of this and other patrons were quietly complaining all around us. It took 40 minutes to get our food which the server repeatedly apologized for. The food was not hot, hashbrowns were greasy, bacon was was under cooked, sausages were cold, the Hollandaise sauce tasted like a Hollandaise like I never experienced before, it was like a liquid cheese was added to it or something. When the server brought the check I said to her, "I know that your not responsible for any of this, but this meal is the worst that I believe we have ever experienced at any restaurant, EVER!
