McDonald's

This McDonald's used to be the best one in the area. Ever since covid though it's a joke. Closes early whenever they choose by 8pm most nights during the summer. Every time I order from here there are things missing. Happy meals with no fries or apple slices just nuggets in a box inside a box. Happy meal drinks are never remembered. If you order any customized item expect a 10-20 minute additional wait Parking: Amble parking. Pickup/ curbside/ mobile orders have plenty of stops to park Wheelchair accessibility: Several handicap spots w no curb accessible to main doors

Just picked up three meals for myself and family got home which is two minutes away and the fries are cold and look like they have been recooked. The burgers and buns were both burnt. Very poor service. Also went to get adult happy meals which they are out of. Gonna start using Richardson Rd mc donalds

First of all, rude staff. Openly and loudly talked about the customers ahead of us when they were not satisfied. The manager actually being the loudest in the back swearing about the customer and their complaint. We ended up missing some of our food, so we walked back inside to request our fries. They scoffed at us and acted as if we were majorly inconveniencing them by requesting the large fry we had paid for. The manager once again was loud and rude and rolled his eyes. To follow, later in the evening, both kids got sick from their chicken nugget happy meals and threw up/had diarrhea all day long. Overall, I would rate our experience a zero. The employees here will certainly serve up a bad attitude, but don't expect quality service, all the food you paid for, or even to walk away from the experience without food poisoning. ????????
