Applebee's Grill + Bar

Hadn't been in a while. Ordered bourbon street steak and fries. Smallest steak I've ever received. Flavor was gone immediately and fries were cold. Told waitress and she appologized and still charged full price

Would normally give this a 5 star but our steaks were undercooked and the side we got which was loaded mac and cheese was watery. The managers were cool with it and were understanding of our concern. They were gracious enough to remove the charges for the food that was messed up even though we weren't expecting them to. We were thankful for that.

Food was okay, service was good. When we sat down the table we were at was disgusting and sticky, including the head board of the booth. The waitress moved us but it was more of the same. Looking around at other booths you can tell they do not keep up on cleaning practices. If that's what happens in the public spaces then let your imagination try to stay tame with the places you can't see. We're won't be back to this particular restaurant because of this.
