Waitress was great, food was just not as good as it use to be. Fries were cold, fish was weird tasting, potatoes salad was bot good. Brisket was good, beans were good. Hoping it was an off night.
I hadn't been there in years as I'm a KC native, but I wasn't impressed then and sad to say I'm still not impressed. The potato salad was flavorless, barely any meat on the ribs, the KC sauce lacked any flavor. The Chicago sweet sauce was ok but I wouldn't want to take any home. Sugar Fire is way better.
Great service! Great food! Great prices with good sized portions! I very much enjoyed the meal. If I ever come back to the area I will be looking to eat here! It is worth the visit!
