Was there when it was crazy busy and for the curb burger. The parking lot was full but I didn't feel like I waited that long. The women who brought me my food was even nice enough to let me know the jag-off next me was ridiculously close to my car since he backed into a diagonal parking spot. My cashier messed up by giving me someone else’s order number. They gave my two kids meals to an old woman, and then they had to remake my entire order. It took 40 minutes to get our food as other tables got their food before us. We didn’t even get an apology from our cashier, and I’m sure they didn’t tell their manager, or we might have actually gotten our food quicker and an apology. No basic customer service skills from anyone, and the staff looks like mostly high school kids. AVOID. THIS. CULVER’S.
