Arby's

** changed to 4 stars after the restaurant made things right and did it quickly. ** Just paid almost 10 dollars for them to give me a McChicken. I ordered a Chicken Bacon and Swiss and received 1/3 of that order. No bacon. No Swiss. Will not be going back to this location unless Arby's reaches out and makes this right.

Arbys is my favorite place to go to. I love to get two classic roast beef sandwiches with jalapeno poppers. The classic roast beef sandwiches used to be 2 for 5 and I would get them like every other day, however since they aren't on sale anymore I've gone there a lot less because $6+ for a roast beef sandwich is too expensive ????. I've never written a bad review so I feel weird for doing this...but I'm just shocked at a recent experience here. I ordered a meal (French dip and swiss) and I was confirming that it came with fries and a soda, because there have been times they've forgotten them. The girl taking my order said "uh that's what a meal means.." in an extremely condescending tone. I have to assume she was stressed out, but everyone in the car had their jaws dropped at the way she spoke to me. Today I was checking my bank account and saw Arby's charged me 20.52 dollars for an 8 dollar meal .. I've tried calling the store multiple times but all it does is ring for a while and then it hangs up. I feel disrespected :(
