Applebee's Grill + Bar

Went to my neighborhood Applebee's for my birthday. We were seated in the back near where employees congregate although there was plentiful seating. We ordered alcohol drinks immediately as well as appetizers. Out of the 2 apps we wanted we were informed that 1 was unavailable for order????of course it was the 1we came for. We specifically came for happy hour and half off appetizers. Then our food arrived and we still didn't get out drinks. We didn't have water either. We asked for our Margaritas and when they were finally brought they were melted and overflowing, so they were sitting clearly waiting for the server. The boneless wings were mostly breading and gross. I also ordered chicken and shrimp dinner which came after a long wait and then no shrimp. I was told they'd be out shortly and when they were brought out it was maybe 5 tiny shrimp in a condiment dish. We were overcharged and when we brought it to our servers attention she went back and forth with us but finally got it righ

Terrible!! Food was horrible, a frozen microwaveable dinner would’ve tasted better. Please don’t waste your money. Food was stale, and absolutely disgusting.

Where do I begin with the horrible service of this place! Took 30 minutes for someone to take our order, which was the unlimited boneless wings. Finally got them after about 20 minutes which was fine but NEVER got another order. Asked for another water and never got that. Then the server had the nerve to say to me (after I waited for OVER AN HOUR to try to get another plate of wings after only having the first initial plate) "other people are waiting just like you." I politely told her that I saw her at their tables AND that I asked her twice for water and to make an order but she kept coming and leaving. The manager was nice enough to take off the unlimited but the server...... I will never go to the one on Miller Parkway again. They never have enough staff anyway....
