I was rudely treated by Manager and neglected by waitstaff. No apology was given. I asked for my steak knife to be washed off and instead none ever brought knife back. I asked for steak sauce for my steak never received it. 30 minutes later manager came and just took my plate and told me she will refund me. Never offered to redo my meal and never apologized but kept telling me I was 100% correct. She did not make me feel that way no matter what she said. I will never go back there. I went for my husband birthday. I never got a chance to eat. I waited all day to eat and still didn't get to.
They made us wait 40 minutes in after saying it was a 25 minute wait then forgot about us completely and when we asked the hostess she said “ohhhh it’ll be another 15-20 minutes.” Second time we’ve been to this Chili’s 2/2 times it was awful. The incompetents is baffling. Hire better people.
I ordered the seafood and it came with crab shell GALORE! I could have cleaned a crab better myself before putting it in pasta. The flavor was fantastic and the portion was very fair, however eviscerating my esophagus isn't on my agenda of things to do. CLEAN THE CRAB BETTER!
