Chipotle Mexican Grill

Rude and disrespectful. My mother and I were ordering our food but they kept making comments that they couldn’t hear or understand us and even laughed about it during the whole process. Turn down the music then and be patient. They literally started ignoring my mom from ordering. They claimed she wasn’t making sense because of her accent and mask on. And laughed about it! Wanting to keep the peace, I said nothing. When handing our food, they literally threw it on the table! They did not hand us the bag of food, they THREW the bag! It even made a loud thud sound. I was actually more shocked that they did that. I love eating at Chipotle, but this specific place I do not recommend. I honestly felt they were doing it on purpose. We were planning on staying to eat, but with the service we got, we decided to just leave. We felt very uncomfortable. I worked in customer service, that was not customer service. That was Rude and Disrespectful.

I stop by this location on my way home from work about once a week . I order a burrito bowl and a side of guacamole through the app for pickup. The quac today was straight brown and runny. $3 for a side of guacamole and they give me this trash it’s easy to say I won’t be returning.

Don’t online order here. Second try online ordering thinking everything was going to be okay. Ordered chicken hard shell tacos for my kid and we only received one taco. Online it states you’d get two shells. Ordered chocolate milk and received white milk. It seems that these “mistakes” are intentional or that no one cares? Last time I ordered a salad and received half of an avocado skin when I ordered guac. The salad was also extremely watery. I know working in food service sucks but you literally are just making orders and putting them in a bag on the pick up shelf. Today they were ONLY taking online orders so there really no excuse as to why items were wrong or missing.
