Applebee's Grill + Bar

We got there around 9pm and I could hear the staff wasn't happy because they were complaining that more people walked in. Then we sat down and got our drinks and after that we ordered our food but he never wrote anything down and my order ended up being wrong. So my order ended up coming out after the other person in my part had finished theirs. And in the mean time I could hear multiple staff members complain that they couldn't go home because they wouldn't let them even though they said they were scheduled till close. Most of the staff was cursing the whole time when we were there and saying that they don't care if their manager was there or not and that they would do the same thing. I have been here multiple time in the last couple years but I have not had this bad of an experience. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly with how much the staff was cursing.

I was there on Saturday, September 10, 2022 and ordered the Chicken Tenders plate with unsalted fries. When it arrived, the chicken was just barely warm and the fries were the same. They re-made the order and the chicken was hot like it should be, but the fries were salty, and many were overly salty. I could not eat the fries. Later, the manager removed the fries from the bill. I have dined there a few times, and have had similar problems in the past. I would not recommend this Applebee's. It seems to be poorly managed and service is usually not very good. Usually, I go to the Applebee's on Hwy 100 and National Ave. Much better restaurant.

No hostess to greet customers as they arrive and put you into a queue for seating. Many open tables but people waiting to be seated. Apparently, they don't care about staying in business. We left without waiting to be seated.
