Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve been to a number of chipotles and this experience is by far the worse experience I’ve had. Everyone needs to be fired except the pregnant manager and the woman with the locs on the line. The work station was disgusting and some of the workers were laughing and playing around and screaming. It was so ghetto and unprofessional to play lil baby and like artists from your phone while preparing food. I definitely won’t be back, thank you.

Online order is crazy inaccurate. Food was almost a 1/2 hour behind. Pulled a big chuck of meat out that looked like it’s was half way cut through. I don’t mind paying 4 dollars extra for double barbocoa, but I don’t think I received but one portion If even that. My family members bowl was the one with the big chunk of meat.

I want to be clear that this review is re: the Legacy Village location. 2 people in line... I am 1st... the Legacy Security person is having a lengthy talk with a worker who is in the food service line. And NO ONE took over for her or asked them to have their very candid conversation somewhere private or at least not in the food service line. I mean the whole process stopped. Period. Apparently there was a problem with a woman who was bothering the food service worker. And the security guy was doing his best together her to report it... or something. I was in no rush for food really... and I get it ... AND it was good to see Security in action... but after about 5-7 minutes I felt funny hearing the details which were none of my business. Then hearing them over again several times.... Plus... I was there for food. There were maybe 4 or 5 people in the back there.... I was told by the manager that the line had to stop b/c of lack of staff. Yikes!!! Not Good!
