The food is good, actually great! Cons: I've been a huge supporter of this brand for years, before they moved to this location. I'll be honest, customer service at times here has been mediocre or not the best so I cant say 5 ⭐. Issues with under estimated wait times (ending up waiting way longer for your food than quoted). Staff not on the same page as one another. Running out of hoagie buns for the phillies or something of that sort. I will say, most recently I've noticed improvement. Parking can sometimes be a problem during busier hours but there are spaces designated for curbside pick up. Pros: ⭐ Flavorful and delicious food! ⭐ Variety of options for your fries. ⭐ Large portions! ⭐ Many different options for a Philly Sandwich. ⭐ Lunch Specials! ⭐ Specials of the Day that aren't Philly Style Sandwiches. ⭐ Owners are actively engaged and support their community. ⭐ Love that the name matches the boxes your food is served in! Service was satisfactory. The OMG 2.0 Sandwich was good, big, and seasoned well. I really enjoyed the seafood portion. The fries were likeable. I would have preferred the parm to be melted a little. The cupcake was good. Would I get it again? Probably not, the cake wasn't the best, not disappointing though. The frosting was sweet, smooth, and creamy. The overall boxing of the food makes it more desirable, great presentation. Overall, I would go again to try the Crabby Catfish Sandwich.
