Bar Louie - Lyndhurst

Ordered bone in wings and they were the smallest wings I have ever seen that barely had any meat. Also asked for ranch and was given bleu cheese instead. For $16.50 and a random markup of $3.50 even though I picked up the food I was very disappointed

I was visiting from out of town, so to stop by and grab a quick bite to eat was great. The location was very nice. I enjoy Bar Louie, but they changed around the menu and got rid of the Pot Stickers. Other than that, I really enjoyed my Buffalo Chicken pizza. ???? ????.

Placed a pickup order. Showed up in 25 minutes as per the email. 40 minutes after my food was supposed to be done, people finally started to check on it again after the initial walk-in. In my ample reflection period on why I didn't just cancel and get a few pizzas next door, I witnessed employees fighting employees, employees trash talking customers, employees ignoring customers, and one sweet bartender who was clearly filling in from some other location. Finally after the 50 minute wait and swift delivery to the hotel for my family, the drinks were wrong, we were missing fries, missing one whole pizza, missing salad dressings for the 2 salads we ordered, the warm items in our order were ice cold, and we received someone else's burger (the only win). I'm convinced the hiring process consists of a physical exam to insure the candidate is capable of breathing, because that's about all they maintained my entire seemingly incarceration.
